<p>PURPOSE: A method controlling screen output, a terminal and a recording medium are provided to conveniently control the screen output by using a screen control icon outputted in a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: An icon output unit(110) outputs a screen control icon in a touch screen(130). When a first touch event is generated in an area in which the screen control icon is outputted, a screen output control unit(120) controls a screen outputted in the touch screen.
