FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: cone bit support comprises a journal and a roller cutter fixed on the journal by a lock bearing in the form of two shells contacting between each other along the spherical surface, the inner of which is fixed on the journal, and the external one - on the roller cutter. The external shell is made with several axial channels, where fixators are installed with conical guides, and radial channels crossing them with stop pins arranged in them, at the same time the roller cutter is made with a circular bore on the inner surface, matched with radial channels of the upper shell, and the journal - with an axial channel arranged from the axis of the journal at the distance equal to the radius of removal of axial channels of the upper shell from its axis. Stop pins may be made with conical ends for interaction with conical guides of fixators. Fixators may be rigidly connected to the upper shell by means of a threaded joint. The roller cutter may be made with axial channels, where end sections of fixators are placed.EFFECT: higher resistance and reliability of a support with simultaneous simplification of a technology for assembly of a locking bearing and a support as a whole.4 cl, 1 dwg |
