FIELD: information technology.SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of transmitting and receiving signals using multiband radio frequencies (RF). The method involves transmitting an information element of a specific layer higher than the physical layer on multiple frequency bands for frequency allocation controlled by the specific layer, and transmitting control information which identifies each of the multiple frequency bands for frequency allocation. The control information which identifies each of the multiple frequency bands for frequency allocation includes a second identifier, wherein the first identifier is transformed, the first identifier identifying each of the multiple frequency bands for frequency allocation on the physical layer and the second identifier identifying each of the multiple frequency bands for frequency allocation which are controlled by the specific layer on the specific layer.
