Double side trimming shears comprises left and right frames, in each of which there are located a trimming unit of longitudinal cutting in the form of a lower blade secured on the frame and a drive cutting beam connected to crank shafts with upper blade with a curved cutting edge and a scrap cutting unit of transverse cutting in the form of a fixed lower blade mounted on the frame and upper blade mounted on a support placed between the wedges of frame with possibility of reciprocal movement along the guides. Each scrap cutting unit is equipped with an additional set of blades positioned at a predetermined distance from the main blades of transverse cutting, and the upper blade is mounted on said drive support, and the lower blade is rigidly attached to the frame, in addition, each of the frames is equipped with a pair of drive and pressure rollers located in the same plane and placed between the trimming and scrap cutting units of shears. |
