METHOD FOR TREATING CONGENITAL CHORDEE OF PENIS

A method for treating the congenital chordee of penis comprises denudation of penis with cut of foreskin and induction of artificial erection. The ellipse-shaped flap is tailored on the fibrous tunic, 0.5- in width and half of circumference of corpus penis on the side opposite to maximal curve, and suturing of the defect with non-traumatic non-resorbable sutures. The number of resection areas should be calculated provided that their width should not exceed 0.5-. The fibers of the longitudinal layer of the fibrous tunic are dissected. The defect is sutured by passing the needle through this layer juxtaposing the edges of the defect.
