TRAINING DEVICE FOR SEDENTARY ACTIVITY

A training device for sedentary activity contains the chair, the frame, the transformer of rotational movement to reciprocating one, the loading appliance. The transformer represents crank mechanism with crank itself being hinged onto the frame via two shafts. The shafts are connected with the levers ended with hinged drive pedals. The loading appliance is designed as the hollow cylinder connected with the frame containing the plunger and piston inside. The covers on the end-faces of the cylinder have the openings for the passage of the plunger. Two plunger cavities are connected via one canal through the throttle. One end of the plunger is connected with the end of the crank arm and the opposite end with the crank itself.
