CONSTITUTION: A conductive thin layer cushion and a manufacturing method thereof comprises: a step of laminating a urethane memory foam layer(20) which is formed by foaming an urethane foam on one side of a polyethylene terephthalate film, unwoven fabric, woven fabric or mesh layer; a step of laminating and punching the urethane memory foam layer to form a conductive path; and a step of forming an electroless plate layer(30) on one side or both sides of the foam layer. On the one side or both sides of the electrolyte or electroless plate layer, an anti-finger print and anti-corrosion coating layer is formed.
