<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter capable of simultaneously level-shifting an H level and an L level of an input signal and capable of being manufactured at low cost, and to provide a display device having the level shifter. <P>SOLUTION: An input signal is offset by use of an offset circuit composed of single-conductivity-type transistors. Then, the offset input signal is supplied to a logic circuit composed of transistors having the same conductivity type as the offset circuit, thereby simultaneously level-shifting an H level and an L level of the input signal. Since the offset circuit and the logic circuit are composed of the single-conductivity-type transistors, a display device can be manufactured at low cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
