<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor core for efficiently performing welding on laminated layers of all core sheets with minimum work while linear short-circuit of the core sheets in a lamination direction is prevented and to provide a manufacturing method of the rotor core. <P>SOLUTION: In the rotor core, the plurality of core sheets S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>formed by making magnetic steel sheets in prescribed shapes are laminated in a rotation axis direction. The core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>includes: a welding section 14 which is laser-welded with the other core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>which is brought into contact with a sheet face in a prescribed position in an outer periphery or an inner periphery; and a retreat section 15 disposed in a position different from the welding section 14 on the outer periphery or the inner periphery of the core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>. In each core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, a phase of the welding section 14 and the retreat section 15 in one core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and a phase of the welding section 14 and the retreat section 15 in the other core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>adjacent to the one core sheet S<SB POS="POST">1</SB>in the rotation axis direction are dislocated in a circumferential direction at a prescribed pitch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
