PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire attribute information indicating attributes of requesters who request information provided by an information provider upon providing the information to the requesters.

SOLUTION: An information collection system includes a collector device connected to and communicating with an information provider server managed by an information provider and requester terminals possessed by requesters who request information provided by the information provider. The information collection system further includes: a short-range communication unit for transmitting the provided information to the requester terminals by short-range communication means; an attribute information acquisition unit for acquiring attribute information indicating attributes of the requesters upon providing the information to the requester terminals; and a request attribute information generation unit for generating request attribute information corresponding to attribute information requested by the provider on the basis of the attribute information.
