<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite of metal and resin in which a metal part and a resin part are rigidly bonded to each other without using an adhesive, and a method for producing the composite. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the composite 10 of metal and resin in which the metal part 20 and the resin part 30 are bonded to each other includes: a first plasma process of irradiating a surface of the metal part in an atmosphere with a plasma of a first gas consisting of inert gas or air; a second plasma process of applying a polar functional group 25 deriving from a surface-modification substance by irradiating the surface of the metal part in the atmosphere with a plasma of a second gas consisting of inert gas or air after the first plasma process; and a blending process of preparing a molding material by blending an adhesive surface-modifier having an adhesive functional group 35 interacting with the polar functional group into the resin, wherein, after performing all the processes, the resin part is molded so as to be in contact with the metal part using the molding material to bond the metal part to the resin part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
