<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer sheet that eliminates differences in coloring characteristics of a dye layer depending on whether the layer overlaps on a detection layer. <P>SOLUTION: The heat transfer sheet 40 includes: a substrate 41, a back surface layer 42 formed on one surface of the substrate; and the dye layer 43 having at least one color formed on the other surface of the substrate.
