<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-remove insulation holder that can reliably fix a fixed member at a predetermined position of a through hole of a fixing member and can be easily detached from the fixed member. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation holder has a first block 5a with a stopper and a first restrained part, a second block 5b with a second restrained part, and a restraining member. The first block and the second block sandwich and surround a fixed member 3. The first and second blocks are inserted in the through hole of the fixing member until the stopper comes into contact with the fixing member to restrain the blocks from entering.
