PURPOSE: A cutter for Korean beef rib is provided to reduce the risk of safety accidents by cutting a Korean beef rib at a time. CONSTITUTION: A cutter for Korean beef rib comprises a Korean cattle rib cutting plate(210) which is combined with multiple support plates and comprises a fixing plate, a drive motor(220) which generates first rotation, a power supply unit(230) which generates reduced or accelerated second rotation by controlling the first rotation, a drive shaft(240) which rotates according to the second rotation, and a saw blade rotary blade(250) which is exposed to the upper side of the Korean cattle rib cutting plate.
