PURPOSE: A drill bit with an exchangeable front tip, and a drill with the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs as a drill bit body is made of tool steel and only a front tip is made of cemented carbides materials. CONSTITUTION: A drill bit with an exchangeable front tip comprises a drill bit body(100) and a front tip(200). The drill bit body is made of tool steel materials. The front tip is detachably connected to the front end of the drill bit body to replace a worn front tip. The front tip is made of cemented carbide materials with hardness higher than the drill bit body.
