PURPOSE: A buckling allowable sleeper assembly is provided to guarantee the safe driving of a railroad vehicle by preventing the excessive deformation of a track itself in a short distance even if a buckling phenomenon happens and save maintenance cost and time by positioning a rail to the original state in a temperature drop. CONSTITUTION: A buckling allowable sleeper assembly(100) comprises a lower sleeper(120), an upper sleeper(110), and a seating module(130). An upper sleeper is put on the upper side of a lower sleeper and is installed to be movable along the length direction. A seating module is settled on the upper part of a lower sleeper to be movable along the length direction.
