PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake resistance of an opening part equal to a wall surface part or more than that, and to impart the strong earthquake resistance to the whole house by increasing a general wall quantity in the opening part provided with a window frame in a general house such as a wooden house. SOLUTION: Steel materials 1a to 1d such as a square pipe shape and an L shape are joined and fixed in a square frame shape to form an outer frame 4 larger a little than the opening part 3 of the general house, or having the almost same size as the opening part 3. A reinforcing sash bar 7 formed in a vertically and/or bilaterally symmetrical shape is integrally joined and fixed to an inside surface of the steel materials 1a to 1d for constituting the outer frame 4 to form a reinforcing frame A having a dynamical structure equal to a structural wall. The reinforcing frame A is fixed to an outside wall surface 31 of the opening part 3 or an inner peripheral surface of the opening part 3 in the general house.
