PURPOSE: An individual store advertisement system for maximizing a marketing effect and a method thereof are provided to display menu information of a corresponding workplace with advertisement information, thereby maximizing an advertisement effect. CONSTITUTION: A template terminal(10) comprises a template every workplace. A USB memory or memory card stores a template file generated by the template terminal. A display device(30) confirms the template file and identification information. The display device stores an advertisement image in an assigned area. The display device alternately synthesizes menu information of the template file and the advertisement image.
