PURPOSE: A food waste collection apparatus is provided to throw away food waste by rotating a food waste collection container fixed to a housing and to calculate and accumulate waste charges according to apartment units. CONSTITUTION: A food waste collection apparatus comprises a housing(30), a lever, a coupling unit, a measuring unit, an identification unit, and a controller. The housing has a collection container mounting space. The lever is installed in the housing to rotate the housing relative to the housing. The coupling unit clamps a food waste collection container(200) mounted in the collection container mounting space of the housing when the food waste collection container is rotated with the housing to throw away food waste. The measuring unit measures the volume or weight of food waste collected in the food waste collection container. The identification unit recognizes an apartment unit or individual. The controller calculates food waste charges according to the apartment unit identified by the identification unit. |
