The invention relates to a method, a system and a resin sheet for producing fiber-reinforced molded parts (SMC) by means of extrusion in a molding press (20) from a fiber-reinforced resin sheet (10) which is continuously produced in a flat web installation (16). According to the invention, at least one resin base layer (5, 8) is combined with fibers (6) in a mixing device (1), is subsequently mixed in a fulling and saturating device (14) and is finally matured in a thickening device (25) to form a continuous resin sheet (10), wherein said continuous resin sheet (10) is cut to form cut sheets (18) and is then transferred, either directly or joined in a structure (36) with other cut sheets (18), by means of a transfer device (19) to a tool (35) of a molding press (20) in which it is then pressed to form a fiber-reinforced molded part (21). The method according to the invention is characterized in that, for the production of at least one contour which is variable in height (h) in the production direction and/or perpendicular thereto and/or a continuous resin sheet having a different width (b), at least one resin base layer (5, 8), which has a different height (h) in the production direction and/or perpendicular thereto and/or a different width (b), is discharged from a doctor blade (4, 7), and/or the width and/or the quantity of fibres (6) are discharged by means of at least one fibre feed device (28) in different quantities in the production direction and/or perpendicular thereto and/or with a different width (b). |
