PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell including graphene or CNT/Ag complex counter electrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deterioration of an electrode using transparent graphene solutions. CONSTITUTION: A lattice pattern is formed on one side of a polymer plastic substrate(S210). Ag paste is filled in the lattice pattern(S220). The filled lattice pattern is dried for 5 to 40 minutes at 100 to 120 degrees centigrade(230). One of CNT solutions and graphene solutions is spin-coated on the dried lattice pattern(S240).
