PURPOSE: An automatic tuning method is provided to maximize energy efficiency by charging and discharging energy. CONSTITUTION: A filter part(20) comprises an inductor(21) and a capacitor(22) which are connected in parallel. The bidirectional DC/DC converter(30) changes DC voltage into specific DC voltage. A storage part(50) comprises several EDLCs(53). A current detector outputs current to a control unit(60). A voltage detecting part outputs voltage to the control unit.
