PURPOSE: A weaving apparatus for fillet welding is provided to prevent porous welding defects and improve productivity of fillet joint by discharging harmful gas of molten metal generated by arc heat through high speed weaving of the welding torch. CONSTITUTION: A weaving apparatus for fillet welding includes a weaving tool(30) which rotates forward and reversely by a drive motor(10) to implement a welding torch. The weaving tool comprises a bearing(39) for motion control. The drive motor is equipped with a triangular motion guide(20). When the welding torch implements the weaving motion by the weaving tool, the bearing for motion control is successively guided along a first side, edge, and a second side of the motion guide. Therefore, the welding torch implements elliptical motion. |
