PURPOSE: A self management method using user terminal and system performing the same are provided to improve a result of a psychological training by enabling a user to perform a psychological testing and the psychological training of a mental psychological counselor through a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A psychological test data communication unit(201) transmits a psychological testing question data to a user terminal(102). The psychological test data communication unit receives a psychological testing answer data for creating a psychological training profile of the user from the user terminal. A user class determination unit(202) determines a class of the user comprising the psychological training profile. |
