PURPOSE: A card issue application processing method using an electronic pen is provided to deliver card issue application data to a card issue system in a card company when a card issue application is written, thereby fundamentally preventing illegal card recruitment. CONSTITUTION: A card issue application is prepared. A smart device(120) of a card recruiter performs device authentication and user authentication. An electronic pen(110) obtains dot trajectory information of the card issue application. The smart device obtains the dot trajectory information from the electronic pen. The smart device provides the dot trajectory information to a contract server(130) of a remote location.
