摘要 The invention relates to an oscillator consisting of a nanopillar (3) and a means (12) for feeding a power supply current through the nanopillar, the nanopillar comprising at least one pattern (4) including first and second layers (6, 10) made of a ferromagnetic material, which are separated from each other by an intermediate layer (8) made of a non-magnetic material. Each of the first and second ferromagnetic layers is prepared such that the remanent magnetic configuration thereof corresponds to a vortex configuration, and such that the polarity of the vortex core of the first layer is opposite the polarity of the vortex core of the second layer. The intermediate layer is suitable for enabling repellent magnetic coupling between the two vortices of the first and second layers for zero strength of the power supply current and zero amplitude of the outer magnetic field.
