PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing belt which can surely hold lubricant so as to make image quality and driving torque good. SOLUTION: Irregularities set so that filtering maximum waviness value (W cm) may be within 0.8 to 10.0 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the endless fixing belt for thermally fixing a toner image formed on recording materials.
