The purpose of the present invention is to provide a combustion-heat exchange system for a boiler or a water heater, having a resonance chamber that allows quiet operation of same by effectively reducing the noise generated during combustion in a burner by using resonance interactions. To achieve this purpose, the combustion-heat exchange system for a boiler or a water heater, according to the present invention, comprises: a burner for burning a mixture consisting of air supplied from a blower and a combustible gas supplied from a gas valve; a combustion chamber for performing the combustion in the burner; a heat exchanger in which heat exchange takes place between a combustion product generated from the combustion in the burner and a fluid which flows through the heat-exchange pipes; and an exhaust hood through which the combustion product, which has passed through the heat-exchanger, is discharged, wherein the combustion chamber is equipped with an outer cover on the outer side thereof and an insulator in the inner side thereof; the insulator is spaced from the inner side of the outer cover; and the resonance chamber is disposed between the insulator and the outer cover, the resonance chamber being connected to the combustion chamber to reduce the noise generated during the combustion in the burner. |
