<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator resolving return light to a transmission fiber and laser in laser processing, and an optical isolator with the collimator. <P>SOLUTION: Return light beams 17 and 18 from a laser workpiece 15 are received by fibers 22 and 23 to be isolated from an incident light system, and guided to a place separated from the collimater, the optical isolator and a laser transmitter 1.
