INTEGRATED CONDENSER-ACCUMULATOR-SUBCOOLER ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange assembly for vehicles in which a filter can be easily installed in an accumulator at low cost.

SOLUTION: The heat exchange assembly for vehicles has a condenser 20 and a subcooler 40, and an accumulator 30. The condenser and the subcooler are connected to one another in such a way as to form a single pack of plates. The accumulator is defined by a plurality of through apertures 35 formed through the plates. A condenser outlet is formed coplanarly with one condensing plate and in communication with an accumulator inlet 31. The subcooler inlet is formed coplanarly with a respective one subcooler plate and is in fluid connection with the accumulator outlet 32. In the accumulator, a filter 50 comprising a cage support 51 and a filtering medium is arranged. The cage support has a first end provided with a sealing lip structure 56 and a second end provided with a spacer 58 and positions the seal lip structure between the accumulator inlet and the accumulator outlet communicating via the filtering medium.
