The semiconductor retrofit lamp is a semiconductor retrofit lamp that can be assembled from several parts or pieces. An end piece (2a, 2b) comprises a body (4) having at least one semiconductor light source (5), wherein there is a conventional electrical connection (9, 10) on a first end region (8) and there is an electromechanical connection (12, 14) on a second end region (11). An intermediate piece (3) has an electromechanical connection (14) on a first end region and an additional electromechanical connection (12) on a second end region, which additional electromechanical connection fits the electromechanical connection (14) of the first end area. The semiconductor retrofit lamp (1) is assembled from at least two end pieces (2a, 2b) and optionally at least one intermediate piece (3).
