<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guidance, which is suited for a position where a route information is received, to a destination, in a navigation system in which a terminal device mounted on a moving body receives the route information transmitted from a center device and guides the moving body to the destination. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 11 receives a route information transmitted from a center device 12 by means of communication equipment 105 and guides a moving body 10 to a destination according to the route information. The center device 12 predicts a reception position where the terminal device 11 receives the route information by means of a moving body reception position prediction part 112 on the basis of history information stored in a travel history DB 115, and searches a recommended route from the reception position to the destination by means of a route search part 113.
