VEHICLE DYNAMIC NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A vehicle dynamic navigation system and a method thereof are provided to consecutively update data on traffic congestion area adjacent to a location of a vehicle in real time. A vehicle dynamic navigation system includes the steps of: calculating an entire navigation path based on a source and a destination by a vehicle main unit(S410); receiving position information for a vehicle having the vehicle main unit from a positioning system and transmitting the position information to a remote traffic information server by a wireless transceiver(S420); providing data on a traffic congestion area adjacent to the vehicle and transmitting the data on the traffic congestion area based on the position information(S430); configuring a district navigation path based on the some of the entire navigation path and determining if the district navigation path overlaps the traffic congestion area or not(S440); and guiding another district navigation path if the district navigation path overlaps with the traffic congestion area(S450).
