<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed side device having a joint engaged with an L-shaped hook which can be reliably fixed in a balanced manner to any of fixing devices having one or two L-shaped hooks. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed side device 1 having the joint engaged with the L-shaped hook is configured so that grooved parts 3a, 3b, 3c which allow the L-shaped hook to be inserted thereto and extend vertically are formed in the joint 2 parallel to one another in three rows.
