摘要 An organic light emitting device is provided to improve display efficiency and reduce a driving voltage by obtaining color reproducibility of more than 80%. An organic light emitting device includes a transparent substrate(100), a thin film transistor, an organic light emitting layer(116), a transparent first electrode(115), a second electrode(117), a transparent inorganic insulating film, and an opposition substrate. The transparent substrate includes a plurality of sub pixel regions each of which includes a driving region and a light emitting region. The thin film transistor is formed on the driving region of each of the sub pixels. The organic light emitting layer is formed by corresponding to each or the light emitting region. The transparent first electrode is formed on a lower part of the organic light emitting layer by being electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The second electrode is formed on an upper part of the organic light emitting layer. The transparent inorganic insulating film is formed between a lower part of the first electrode and the transparent substrate. The opposite substrate faces the transparent substrate and is positioned on an upper part of the second electrode.
