The holding device has a support arm and a medical instrument fixed in an instrument receiver at the distal end. A joint (3) is provided for the positioning of the support arm or the medical instrument, where a joint is released between joints and is adjusted to locking position. The joint has two joint parts (7,8), which has meshed bosh element in warp connection with one another. The mutual bosh elements are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support arm and are linked up over a spring element (9) against each other. |
