NON-CONTACT POWER SUPPLY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply device wherein heat produced at a charger is prevented from being transmitted to charged equipment. SOLUTION: The non-contact power supply device 1 is comprised of the charger 2 incorporating a power supplying coil 4 and the charged equipment 3 incorporating a power receiving coil 5. Power can be transferred between the opposite coils 4, 5 by electromagnetic induction. The charger 2 is provided with a heat insulating portion 6 closer to the power receiving coil 5 rather than the power supplying coil 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
