PURPOSE: A lifting rail assembly for constructing a form is provided to effectively construct a wall form regardless of the strength of a structure right under a construction floor, and to reduce a construction period with improved work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A lifting rail assembly for constructing a form comprises a starter(10), a first rail(20), and a second rail(30). The starter is connected to a form panel lifted to a construction layer. The first rail is assembled to the lower part of the starter. The second rail comprises an assembly bracket(31) in order to be assembled to the lower part of the first rail.
