METHOD FOR INDUCING NITRIC OXIDE AND TNF-αWITH SOYBEAN EXTRACT OR ALCOHOL

PURPOSE: A method for generating NO and TNF-alpha by a soybean extract or soybean liquor is provided to activate receptor interacting protein 2(Rip2) and IgammaB kinase. CONSTITUTION: A method for generating NO and TNF-alpha comprises a step of adding a soybean extract or soybean liquor to recombinant interferon-gamma(rIFN-gamma)-treated macrophage. The NO AND TNF-alpha are induced by activation of Rip2 and IgammaB kinase-beta. The soybean liquor is a fermented liquid prepared by mixing cereals, malt, and yeast with the soybean extract.
