PURPOSE: A saddle height controller is provided to control the height and location of a saddle according to a physical condition, topography and driving style. CONSTITUTION: A saddle height controller comprises a height adjusting part, and a position adjusting part. The height controller comprises a first sliding member(31), a supporting post(33), and a first fixing unit(35). A saddle(10) is coupled to the upper part of the first slid unit. The support post comprises a hollow part. the first slid unit is movable inserted into the support post. The first fixing unit fixes the sliding unit and the support post. The location controller comprises a second sliding unit(41) and a second fixing unit(43). The second sliding unit is inserted to the upper part of a bicycle frame(20). The second fixing unit fixes the sliding unit and the arranged frame.
