发明名称 INVERSE MAGNETOSTRICTION TYPE VIBRATION VELOCITY SENSOR AND MEASURING METHOD USING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate to a change from an ultralow temperature to a high temperature and highly accurately measure vibration accommodated to stable environment resistance by forming a magnetic bridge without any spring structure with a complicated configuration and using an inverse magnetostrictive effect of an inverse magnetostrictor member with a simple shape.SOLUTION: A magnetic bridge as a closed magnetic path is formed of a weight part 5, a magnet 4, a first and second magnetorestrictive spring member 6 and 7, and a support part 2. The first and second magnetorestrictive spring members 6 and 7 are bridged across the support part 2 and the weight part 5 that are disposed in parallel, in such a manner as to be inclined in mutually opposing directions, so that tension generated by vertical vibration of the support part 2 or the weight part 5 is applied to the first magnetorestrictive spring member 6 or the second magnetorestrictive spring member 7, and compression force is applied to the first magnetorestrictive spring member 6 or the second magnetorestrictive spring member 7 respectively. Accordingly a change in magnetic permeability due to magnetorestrictive effects of the magnetorestrictors of both first and second magnetorestrictive spring members 6 and 7 is detected by the magnetorestrictive detection coil 3, and the vibration velocity is measured by an induced electromotive voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
