PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaky graphite excellent in conductivity, a flaky graphite dispersion containing the flaky graphite and a graphite material.SOLUTION: There is provided a flaky graphite having percentage of the count number of fluorine (-) ion to the total count number of the total (-) ions measured by using a flight time type secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) of 0.5% or more, average spacing of a (002) face (d002) by an X-ray diffraction method of 0.336 nm or less and average thickness of 50 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
