PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize an EGR rate of respective cylinders, and to suppress generation of NOx.SOLUTION: A cross section of a communication part 78 on a side separated from an EGR gas supply opening 64 is larger than a cross section of the communication part 78 on a side positioned at the EGR gas supply opening 64, and thereby, a flow rate of EGR gas supplied to an opening 38 of an intake port 36 positioned on the downstream side of the flow of the EGR gas is increased. It is advantageous in equalizing a flow rate of the EGR gas supplied to the opening 38 of the intake port 36 positioned on the upstream side of the flow of the EGR gas and the flow rate of the EGR gas supplied to the opening 38 of the intake port 36 positioned on the downstream side of the flow of the EGR gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
