The present invention relates to a proxy shopping method and a system thereof which perform shopping on behalf of an orderer and deliver purchased goods to the orderer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a proxy shopping method and a system thereof in which, when an orderer desiring to buy goods in an offline store such as a supermarket, a hypermarket, etc. orders a product via a user terminal such as a smartphone, another user, who is registered as a delivery man, purchases the goods on behalf of the orderer and delivers the goods to the orderer, and the orderer acknowledges the goods and permits a settlement. The proxy shopping system comprises a management server, a shopping mall server, a settlement management server, an orderer terminal, a delivery man terminal, and a point-of-sales (POS) device. According to the present invention, service reliability can be guaranteed since a customer can purchase and receive goods without visiting an offline store, and permit a settlement after acknowledging the delivered goods. Also, every user who is registered as a delivery man can perform shopping on behalf of others and deliver purchased goods without paying for goods on his/her own. |
