Disclosed is an electric power managing system comprising: an electric power managing server; an access point which can communicate with the electric power managing server and has an address and an ID; an electric power measuring device which is wirelessly connected to the access point and has an ID; and a user terminal connected to the access point, for communicating with the electric power managing server. Additionally, the electric power managing server comprises: an event transmitting unit for transmitting electric power management event messages to the user terminal; and an information receiving unit for receiving user control information and the ID and address information of the access point connecting to the user terminal, from the user terminal. By using the present invention, the amount of power consumption can be informed and data can be analyzed, while specifying the location of an electric power measuring server, based on the information of the access point. |
