PURPOSE: A gearing device of an aiming gear for a head lamp is provided to improve assemblability by connecting a high beam gear and a low beam gear through a backlash gear. CONSTITUTION: One surface of a housing has a cover. A high beam gear(200) is rotatably formed on one side of one surface of the housing and has multi-angular bolt grooves. A low beam gear(300) is rotatably formed on the other side of one surface of the housing and has multi-angular bolt grooves. A backlash gear(400) is rotatably formed on the center of one surface of the housing and is in gear with the high beam gear and the low beam gear.
