A mobile communication terminal is provided to equip the first fixing member to a battery pack and to offer the terminal body with a simple structure, thereby reducing mold casting time and cost of the body. A first fixing member(130) is equipped on a side of a battery pack. A second fixing member(140) is equipped on a body and combined with the first fixing member so that the battery pack is fixed. An elastic member offers the restoring force for returning the first fixing member to the original position when the first fixing member is moved to separate the battery pack from the body. The first fixing member includes a first hooking member equipped to an end of the first fixing member and a protrusion member for combining with the elastic member. The second fixing member includes a second hooking member equipped to an end of the second fixing member to fix the battery pack. |
