<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioning control device is provided to maintain a comfortable indoor environment by separately setting up opening or closing, open time and tilting angle of each damper wing included in a damper circulating outdoor and indoor air. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning control device consists of one or more driving motors, a first hygro-thermometer, a second hygro-thermometer, an enthalpy operation unit, a memory tilting information decoding unit, and a damper wing tilting control unit. The tilting information decoding unit decodes information of a criterion corresponding to user's input, and decodes enthalpy difference level and damper wing tilting information corresponding to the difference between the calculated outdoor enthalpy and the indoor enthalpy from a damper wing table corresponding to the decoded information of the criterion. Using decoded damper wing tilting information, the damper wing tilting control unit controls the driving motor so that one or more damper wings tilt.
