PURPOSE: A display device and a video data push method are provided to offer optimal video quality by transmitting video data to a remote user through an optical transmission path. CONSTITUTION: A data reception part(210) receives video data from a server. A display part(230) displays the received video data. A control part(260) transmits address information corresponding to a device of a remote user stored in a storage part(240) to the server. The control part controls the server to transmit the video data according to the transmitted address information to the remote user.
