PURPOSE: A thermal treating method and a concrete transfer pipe thermally treated by the same are provided to satisfy inner hardness required for a concrete transfer pipe since values suitable for a thermal treating line speed, a hardening temperature and a quenching temperature are obtained using existing quenching equipment. CONSTITUTION: A thermal treating method comprises next steps. An original pipe is put in a thermal treating line with a thermal treating line speed of 80-100mm/s(S10). The original pipe is heated and hardened at a hardening temperature of 750-820°C(S20). The original pipe hardened is quenched at a quenching temperature of 20-40°C(S30). The line speed is within 90-95mm/s. The hardening temperature is within 790-810°C. |
